What to expect
No black boxes.
You will always know what is happening and why. The scope is written down before the work starts, the crew is scheduled and supervised, and the site is kept clean throughout.
If something behind the cladding turns out to be worse than expected, rot in the sheathing, say, we tell you and talk through the options before carrying on. The goal is an exterior you never have to think about again.
